My name is Laura. I practice as a Systemic Family Therapist accredited by UKCP. I work across the life span with children (minimum age of 13) and adults and can provide therapy to individuals, couples and families (children can be any age in family counselling).
I worked in the NHS until recently when I moved in to private practice to allow a greater work/life balance for my own family. Previous to this I worked in the third sector in Leeds for many years, providing clinical management to therapeutic services. I have a wealth of experience in trauma, relationship difficulties, bereavement, neurodiversity, eating disorders, serious mental health illness and physical health conditions.
