Young Person Therapy

Psychotherapy can support your child, or one you care for, to heal from difficult experiences. From experiencing anxiety to dealing with a bereavement, there’s a wide range of reasons why children and young people might benefit from seeing a psychotherapist.

Who is Young Person Systemic Psychotherapy for?

Systemic therapy for young people is aimed at pre-teen and old. Younger children or children with additional needs who may need more support can be seen in our Family Therapy sessions where the parent/carer will also be present. If you are not sure which session will be best for your child, please contact me to discuss further.
