Through engaging sessions, participants learn tailored tools for self-regulation, organisation, and goal-setting, empowering them to build confidence and thrive in daily life. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or looking for new ways to manage ADHD, “ADHD Unplugged” offers support and community for mastering life’s demands.
This course starts on Thursday the 27th March 2025 at 6 pm and weekly for 4 weeks by Zoom.
